The Grindfather started with a single coffee trailer and a passion for doing things properly.
Today we serve specialty coffee across South Wales through our event catering service and our coffee bar at Gym Vision in Cardiff.
Whether we're serving hundreds of guests at a wedding or making your morning flat white, our focus remains the same: exceptional coffee, friendly service and attention to detail.
About The Grindfather
With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including working at some of the UK’s top venues, Stefan knows what it takes to deliver exceptional service and a great cup of coffee.
Driven by a passion for quality coffee and bringing people together, Stefan took the leap to launch his very own business, turning his love for coffee into The Grindfather.
About Our Coffee
We’ve partnered with Triple Co Roast, a Bristol-based specialty coffee roastery founded in 2015. They’re passionate about small-batch, high-quality coffee, sourcing beans through direct trade with farmers and building great relationships from roaster to customer.
We love their BS1 Espresso — a super smooth, easy-drinking coffee made for your flat white, cappuccino, or just a straight-up espresso. Think milk chocolate vibes, sticky caramel sweetness, and a little pop of red fruit on the finish. It’s sourced from smallholder farmers near Buesaco, Colombia, through Triple CO’s amazing partners at Procaal.
